Returns Policy

• We comply with Victorian Consumer Law and offer return of goods on all faulty and not fit for purpose. We will exchange, replace or refund those goods.
• We guarantee the quality of the products we sell but also reserve the right to establish that there is a fault in garments returned to us before agreeing to act.
• We do not refund for ‘change of mind’ without a prior arrangement made at the time of purchase.
• Exchanges can be made on all purchases if you keep your docket within a reasonable time period.
